ROZE NAVAB: My Updated Symphony
Roze first introduced herself to us as ‘utterly boring’ [she isn’t really].
Roze’s story within Symphony of Us reflected on how art became a vital outlet for international connections. Roze's passion for sharing stories through different mediums, and her drive towards being the business tycoon she was born to be, have only continued to grow.
Catching up with her recently we have uncovered how her vision and ambition has developed since we worked with her. We are sure she is going to change the world.
Roze said to us:
“Here’s my Utterly Boring Update:
In 2022, a few months after taking the stage for SOU, I decided to go back to university to do my MSc in Programme and Project Management in order to fine tune my project management skills. Whilst there, I discovered there is a huge gap in literature for business models for the cultural and social sector. So in September 2024, I started my PhD in Business and Management at Warwick Business School with the hope of filling that gap through my research.
I am now working alongside my studies trying to get young people into employment and upping their skills in the arts through a leadership programme.
Twin Studios no longer exists but I am so grateful for the team and everyone who helped me over the past 5 years. The work we did on Coventry’s twinning network was important for our history and has sparked conversations amongst people who I know will keep the fire alive
That’s me ✌️”
