Nice to meet ya, sweet thing! is a series of playful signage designed in collaboration with 12 young people from Coventry who are part of the Imagineer Transformations creative training programme.

The programme supports participants to gain experience of the creative industries and create career pathways for them.

Sam Williams Studio was invited to develop a module on public art installation that culminated in a series of playful signs inspired by ideas developed in workshops with lead artist Sam Williams and workshop facilitator, Paul O'Donnell, of Extraordinary Us. The signs had their first outing at Godiva festival and will tour regional arts festivals this summer and beyond!

Extraordinary Us built a meaningful relationship with and tailoured the development and processes to suit the individual aims and aspirations of each participant.
